Our Payroll Services cover all these:

1. Setup and advice on a payroll structure
2. Collate monthly variations/updates (Joiners, Leavers, Promotions, Suspensions, Leave, Loans, Other Deductions, etc.)
3. Monthly Payroll Run -Prepare the payroll each month, before the agreed date.
4. The company moves money to us and we pay employee salaries to their respective bank accounts.
5. Remit PAYE to the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS)
6. Remit Pensions to the respective PFAs of the employees (where applicable).
7. Remit NHF to the Federal Mortgage Bank (where applicable).
8. Send e-payslips to all employees .
9. Register the business with PENCOM, ITF and NSITF.
10. Register new employees with Pension Funds of their choice.
11. Store the tax files and payroll neatly in easily retrievable formats.
12. Annual remittance and filing to ITF (where desired).
13. Annual remittance and filing to NSITF (where desired).
14. Annual filing to the LIRS.
15. Assistance to process and obtain TCC cards for employees each year.
